Lola 2012 Dry Riesling (Santa Lucia Highlands)

Editors' Choice

Like the label says, this Riesling is dry, with lots of mouthwatering acidity that's like a squeeze of lime juice. It also has lime flavors, with a hint of the petrol and white flowers that Riesling is known for. With low alcohol and no oak, it's a wonderful appetizer wine. Try as an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
