A dry wine to be sure, although one with great fruit as well as a rich texture from the 80% Pinot Noir in the blend. It is a crisp elegant wine with its citrus and apple flavors along with the fine tight acidity. This bottling is still young and, like any dry Champagne, needs to age. Drink from 2018.
