From a dry-farmed vineyard of Mourvèdre, this bottling is one of the better rosés in the region this year, starting with subtle aromas of wet cement, watermelon rind and plaster of Paris. The texture is incredibly chalky and taut, delivering brisk flavors of lemon juice and slight nectarine, with just enough of a sour kick on the finish. Matt Kettmann
