Created from a mix of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay, this Brut is dry, offering a thick mousse and lip-smacking texture, holding firmly on to its wealth of acidity from start to finish. Fig, apple and an aspect of baked honey combine to provide a slight richness to the proceedings, making for a fine food wine.
