Longevity 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Livermore Valley)

More aging should help this tightly wound, firm and tannic wine open up. It has concentrated red and black-cherry flavors, good acidity and medium to full body, but feels astringent as many young Cabernets do. Best after 2021. Jim Gordon
