Riper and richer than Longoria's Clos Pepe bottling, but strikes most of the same notes. Lees coat the mouth with sour (in the good sense) flavors, riding over intensely spicy apples and lemons. The wine is dry and acidic, but paradoxically, rich and layered. Don't drink it too cold. Try aging it.
