Los Azulejos Silver Tequila NOM 1437 CRT

The bouquet offers pleasing notes of green chili pepper, dill, rubber soles, beeswax, and slate/limestone. The palate entry is agave sweet and slightly peppery; the midpalate rings with agave juice sweetness and lesser tastes of tobacco, asparagus, and sage. Concludes nicely with flavors of black pepper, ash, and green vegetables. P.P.
