Pale salmon color; fine bead. Toasty, yeasty aromas add scents of cinnamon and plum. The fruit is even more apparent on the palate, where plum and straberry flavors predominate. It's fairly full-bodied and would work better with meat dishes than on its own. Joe Czerwinski
