This salmon-colored Cava is fresh, fairly full in body and quite flavorful. Aromas of cocoa, plum, raspberry and citrus lead to a cleansing, racy palate with lean flavors of citrus and nectarine. On the finish, a level of elegance and a linear shape are maintained.
