While 2007 was not the greatest vintage, Roederer managed to produce one of the best wines of the year. It is a great blend of mature yellow fruits, with a pure line of tangy orange zest. Tightly txtured, with bright acidity and steely minerality, it promises long aging. Drink until 2025, and possibly longer.
