Love & Squalor 2017 Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Though pale in color (a deep rose) and delicate in its overall impression, this lovely wine is scented with rose hip tea, and tastes of light raspberry and cherry candy. The balance and length belie the apparent lightness, and suggest that this may be one of those elegant Pinots that is surprisingly ageworthy. Paul Gregutt
