Lucas & Lewellen 2013 Estate Vineyards Rosé of Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara)
With a pink color so deep that it borders on mauve, the exotic notes play a leading role, with passionfruit, papaya, and guava hitting the nose first. On the palate, it's full and flavorful, reminiscent of a Mexican agua fresca made from strawberries and watermelon. This is beach wine at its finest. Matt Kettmann
