Dark and ripe aromas of pomegranate and reduced strawberry sauce are lifted by wild mints and white sage on the nose of this bottling, which comes from a single block. There is ample density of red fruit on the palate, which is juicy but layered in minty herbs, with a light toast arising on the finish. Matt Kettmann
