Rounded notions of baked apple, juicy orange and roses play on a midweight palate that has a pleasantly bitter phenolic edge. Tangerine zest creates tension and balance in equal measure. This is just off dry and an intriguing counterpart to many spicy dishes and ripe, soft cheeses.
