A chunky style of SB with apple and green melon aromas. The palate is a bit soft and mealy, while the flavors revolve mostly around lemon. It's also pithy, zesty and a touch bitter on the finish. Not easy to peg as Sauvignon Blanc; drink now to capture its remaining freshness.
