Lujon 2017 Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley)

Though not as ripe as past vintages, this brings appealing flavors of cinnamon-dusted apple pie and poached pear. Sourced from a single northern Tualatin Valley vineyard, its physical maturity exceeds its low alcohol. A touch (11 g/L) of residual sugar rounds out the finish. Paul Gregutt
