Luna 2003 Sangiovese (Napa Valley)

Luna's 2002 was a swing and a miss for exaggerated flavors that were practically sweet. This vintage is also very ripe, with a desserty taste, like cherry marmalade. It's not as unbalanced, but the challenge remains dryness. The alcohol is 15.4%.
