Made from 100% of the variety, this is expectedly dark in color and big and weighty in tannin and oak. Inviting aromas of cinnamon, mushroom, graphite and cedar give it more of a savory profile, searching for fruit, which appears in the form of black currant. The finish is bitter in leather and black pepper.
