Both sharp and tropical aromas arise on the nose of this bottling, from honey and melon to citrus and lemongrass. The palate is reminiscent of wandering through a lemon orchard on a sunny night, as very ripe fruit is stomped into the grassy floor yet brisk peels and pith still hang from the trees. Matt Kettmann
