Cherry syrup and a roasted meat element are revealed the nose of this bottling from a winery with a popular tasting room in downtown Paso Robles. Vanilla and baked good flavors show right away on the palate, where chalky tannins and rich cherry fruits arise mid-sip to ride a bountiful acidity and touch of pepper spice into the finish.
