Lynmar 2002 Quail Hill Vineyard Quail Cuvee Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

Denser, more tannic and fuller bodied than Lynmar's regular Pinot, which actually makes it less accessible. Showing notes of cherries and plums, as well as considerable oak. Tremendous spice in the finish. The richness, complexity and depth, not to mention tannins, suggest midterm aging. Hold until 2006.
