Lynmar 2009 Quail Hill Vineyard Old Vines Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

A fabulous, lush Pinot Noir, dry and silky. Crisp coastal acidity brightens the complex flavors of raspberries, cherries and spices, with sweet oak influences, and there's a rich tang of minerals from the earth. It's ridiculously delicious now, but with a tug of tannins, it should develop over the next six years, at least.
