Named for the winery's founder and co-owner, Lynn's is wound tightly at first. The 25% whole cluster fermentation lends brooding, dark blue and black berry flavors to the palate, and concentrated layers of exotic Asian spice. The finish leans toward black pepper, ripe tannin and caramelized oak.
