This wine is aged in neutral oak, allowing plenty of room for the fruit and spice to breathe. Complex, bright and structured, it imparts lovely tones of dried herb, ginger, wet stone and lemon zest. The palate is medium bodied and subtle, finishing elegant and full of grace.
