Lytle-Barnett 2017 Blanc de Noirs Sparkling (Eola-Amity Hills)

Despite a relatively high dosage of 5聽g/L, this feels quite dry and has a strong mineral component. Compact flavors of lemon skin and apple are crisp and sharp, with light hints of lemony herbs. It's steely and clean, more closely resembling a blanc de blancs than a standard blanc de noirs. Paul Gregutt
