M. Chapoutier 2013 Belleruche White (Côtes du Rhône)

A clean but fairly neutral blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc, this will fit the bill whenever you need a medium-bodied white to support dishes like grilled fish, pork chops or soft cheeses. Modest citrus and apple aromas and flavors are never overpowering or overly complex—they'll just comfortably ride alongside your meal. Drink before the end of 2015. Joe Czerwinski
