M. Cosentino 2000 Viognier (California)

Mitch Cosentino gathered grapes from around the state, and vinified and aged the wine very dry. The result is a new-style Viognier that allows the varietal's exotic fruit and floral flavors to star. This is one of the more interesting approaches to California Viognier, which is often too oaky and sweet.
