This West Aussie white, a blend of 61% Sauvignon Blanc and 39% Semillon, leads with bright lemon-lime and grapefruit aromas, backed by Sauvignon's unmistakable herbal, grassy characters. Crisp and refreshing, it feels slightly creamy with oodles of citrus and lifted acidity. A straightforward but easy-to-like summer sipper. Christina Pickard
