Madonna Alta 2002 Montefalco

The Ferraro family bought beautiful property surrounding a 15th-centruy chapel dedicated to the Madonna in 1992 and today 14 hectares are planted to vines. Here's an example of a more traditional take on Sagrantino Montefalco aged 18 months in Slovenian oak with vegetal, pea pod tones and a tannic explosion that makes your mouth go tight.
