Made with 60% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this opens with delicate aromas of black-skinned fruit and a whiff of baking spice. The no-frills palate shows mature red plum, toast and a hint of bell pepper alongside rather astringent tannins.
