A heady baked apple and spice nose on this unusual dessert wine, but the flavors of cinnamon, apple and honey are a bit heavy. It's tasty, but slightly clumsy in its intense sweetness. A lighter touch with these appetizing flavors would have improved the wine's accessibility.
