This is a serious wine, with its tight mousse, signs of toastiness and intense fruit and acidity. It is full of flavor, ripe from a good vintage, packed with apple and citrus fruits along with a nervy steely character from the Chardonnay in the blend. It is ready to drink although it will certainly age for many years.
