This is a ripe style of Champagne, rounded and rich, from a 60-40 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend. The structure of the Pinot gives it ripe apple and Rocha pear flavors, well cut by acidity and with a soft, full, creamy aftertaste. The wine is still young and will be better drunk from 2017.
