Maipe 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (Mendoza)

Youth shows in the mix of rubber, herbs and standard berry aromas. The palate is chunky and features solid but short fruit flavors that are reminiscent of berries and plum. A little hot in the middle, but with solid tannins as well as char and pepper on the finish. Michael Schachner
