Maison Bouachon 2005 La Rouvière (Tavel)

Very dry, citrusy and long on the finish, this is a bit different from the typical Tavel. Sour cherry and watermelon rind notes provide a hint of pink flavor. Interesting and different; probably better as a white wine stand-in than as a traditional rosé. Joe Czerwinski
