Fleshy strawberry and cherry fruit carries some phenolic bite. The tannins have a slightly granular feel. The fruit is dappled with dried herbs and the finish threaded with smoke. This young winery is the project of second generation Beaux Frères founders Jared Etzel and Marc-André Roy.
