Very subtle notes of green and yellow pear peel entice the nose. The palate adds zesty hints of yellow grapefruit peel, pith and flesh that brighten a peppery herbal note reminiscent of arugula and watercress. White pepper is highlighted too. What zest, what life, what energy, what balance. Dangerously good.
Reviews wines from Austria, Alsace and England

Her particular weaknesses are Pinot Noir, Riesling and traditional-method sparkling wines.
