This wine takes a kitchen-sink approach, blending 28% Syrah with sizable percentages of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah, as well as small additions of Merlot, Malbec and Zinfandel. It works, offering a dryness of red fruit, cedar and tobacco in an understated, medium-bodied package.
