Maray 2011 Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon (Maipo Valley)

A dark violet color properly indicates that this is intense; sappy berry and cassis aromas are dominant, with some chocolate as well. In the mouth, this is grabby and hard, while berry, rubber, spice and herbal flavors culminate in a finish that tastes roasted and feels tannic. Michael Schachner
