Dense and weighty up front, with gaseous, earthy aromas giving way to standard blackberry and plum scents. Feels fleshy but also a bit racy, with nice raspberry, plum and modest oak flavors. A touch lactic and thick, but it's acidic enough to achieve balance and commendable end results.
