The winery's annual unoaked Chardonnay, this is estate-grown and then fermented entirely in stainless steel. There's a lot to like about this wine, specifically the aromatics, which range from honeysuckle to lemon and lime. On the palate it's plenty crisp, vacillating between sweet and sour.
