Mario Gagliasso 2013 Rocche dell'Annunziata (Barolo)

The shy nose eventually reveals aromas suggesting toasted oak, red plum and mocha. The dense palate shows clove, espresso, cedar and toasted oak along with a touch of dried black cherry. Astringent tannins leave a mouth-drying finish. Kerin O’Keefe
