Markowitsch 2012 Rosenberg Red (Carnuntum)

Inviting hints of crushed blueberry and blackberry show the slightest overtones of smoke. The palate is smooth, with still slightly crunchy but ripe tannins that provide a pleasant framework for the refreshing berry fruit. A ripe, appetizing medium-bodied red with a welcome streak of freshness. Anne Krebiehl MW
