Maximum ripeness is conveyed through concentrated berry aromas. On the palate, that same ripeness includes blazing tartaric acidity that creates a scratchy mouthfeel. Blasting raisin, cassis and berry flavors see screechy acidity take over on the finish, with oaky flavor remnants. This is equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot
