Baked black-fruit aromas are raisiny and leathery, with notes of saddle and dried cheese. Fitting for a hot year like 2015, this Tempranillo-led blend feels full, dense and rich, but also baked and jammy. It's dry and tannic on the finish, with lasting notes of prune and blackberry. Drink through 2026. Michael Schachner
