Martin & Weyrich 2000 Pinot Grigio (Central Coast)

Ripely fruity and polished, the apple and peach flavors stand out in the mouth, framed by adequate acidity. The finish is clean and peppery. This is a light, supple wine; it's very easy to drink. Seems best suited for fresh fruits, with a nice grilled trout, or all by itself.
