This is a Bordeaux-style blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec and 4% Petit Verdot. It's battened down a bit at the moment, but mixed berries and a wealth of sweet baking spices peek through. The finish tails off with a hint of herb and compost.
