Fairly rich and full-bodied for an offering from Costières de Nîmes, this 50-50 blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre offers slightly tarry, dark fruit aromas and ample plummy, meaty flavors. The vaguely velvety texture lingers on the licorice-tinged finish.
