The bulk of this luxury-cuvée white is fermented in new oak, and the barrel influence is obvious: toasty and nutty aromas and flavors dominate, although hints of melon, fig and orange provide body and nuance. It's a big, mouthfilling white, lusty and a bit warm on the finish.
