The majority of the fruit for this wine comes from Alexander Valley, with the remaining quarter from cooler Bennett Valley. A pretty taste of lemon chiffon and aroma of orange blossom show up first, with an intensity of caramelized oak to follow. Full bodied, it's richly concentrated on the palate, with just enough citrus zest on the finish to refresh.
